No Refunds or Returns: Please be advised that all purchases made through www.CharmedbyNy.com are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items ordered. Each piece is thoroughly inspected for quality and carefully described and pictured on our site to give a true representation of what you are purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [email protected].

Please provide detailed photographs and a description of the defect so we can evaluate the issue.

In cases of defects or damage that occur prior to delivery, we may offer a repair, replacement, or a credit for future purchases at our discretion. Please note, this does not cover damages caused during shipping or handling by third parties.

Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized items are created to meet specific customer specifications and are therefore exempt from returns. We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before submitting as these purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations are only accepted before your item has begun production. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once production has commenced, we cannot accept cancellations as the materials and resources allocated cannot be reused.
